Vighit Resort provides one of the most relaxing places in which to spend your holiday in Phuket. A family run resort with resident on - site management giving you a warm and friendly welcome. We pride ourselves on good service, friendly staff, excellent food and some of the most attractive surroundings you will find.

Our resort offers very comfortable and clean bungalow accommodation set in beautiful landscaped gardens surrounding our pool and restaurant.

Vighit Resort has a number of bungalow styles available to match your needs, all available at modest prices. Our staff will be pleased to arrange tours and local transport, along with motorcycle and car rental to further enhance your stay with us. Situated a mere 40 minutes by car from Phuket International Airport, Vighit Resort is located overlooking Chalong Bay and it' s islands, at the sheltered South East coast of Phuket. The resort is right on Friendship Beach with the warm waters of the Andaman Sea just a few footsteps away from your bungalow.

Just a few short kilometers down the road lies Rawai Beach where you can hire a fast speedboat or a more leisurely longtail boat to take you out into the bay and perhaps beyond. The islands of Phi - Phi, Coral Island, and Racha are all easily reachable for a day trip. On the way to Rawai don' t miss the Phuket Shell Museum where you can see a splendid display of local shells and bones from the humble hermit crab to the powerful shark.

For the dedicated shopper, Phuket Town is only 15 minutes away by car, where you can explore the range of shops and pick up a bargain. For those who prefer the large curving beaches of the West Coast of Phuket, the resorts of Kata, Karon and Patong are all within a 30 minute car journey.

But if you are seeking pure relaxation, we have splendid gardens in which to relax, grounds in which to wander, and our pool in which to swim before you laze poolside in our sun loungers.

Vighit Resort have a number of differing bungalow styles available to suit every taste and need. Each is set uniquely amongst the beautiful grounds of the resort, in the gardens, alongside the pool, on the hillside and almost right on the beachfront. A total of 44 individual bungalows scattered throughout the resort. For your enjoyment we offer :

Sea Front Bungalow : set almost right on the beachfront, these individual detached bungalows offer superb accommodation and are constructed in Thai style, with a large individual balcony from which to enjoy the view of Chalong Bay. Each has twin beds, hot & cold shower, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels, refrigerator, and air - conditioning.

Sea View Bungalow : set in the same grounds as the Sea Front Bungalows, and of similar design, these detached Bungalows are set back slightly from the beachfront in the grounds, yet still command an impressive view of Chalong Bay. Each has twin beds, hot & cold shower, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels, refrigerator, and air - conditioning.

Pool Side Deluxe Bungalow : alongside Vighit Resort large swimming pool Vighit Resort has created fully modernized semi detached bungalow accommodation with the utmost flexibility in use. These bungalows have a shared balcony area with sun chairs, opening onto the gardens alongside the pool, and so allow easy direct access to the pool. Each has twin beds, or a double bed, hot & cold shower, TV with satellite channels, refrigerator, and air - conditioning.

Pool Side Standard Bungalow : still allowing easy access to our pool and gardens, these semi detached bungalows offer the same comfort as the Deluxe bungalows but are set behind the Deluxe bungalows facing the hillside and plantation. These bungalows also have a shared balcony area with sun chairs. Each has twin beds, or a double bed, hot & cold shower, TV with satellite channels, refrigerator, and air - conditioning.

Hillside Bungalow : nestling in a sheltered avenue at the foot of the hillside these bungalows offer comfortable accommodation. Each has twin beds, hot & cold shower, TV with satellite channels, refrigerator, and air - conditioning.

The Vighit Suite : for complete relaxation and a truly luxurious stay with Vighit resort. Situated right on the edge of our pool, and with a sun terrace facing the gardens, this bungalow suite has every comfort for your enjoyment. A large sitting / dining room overlooking the gardens allows you to enjoy the TV with satellite in complete comfort, or perhaps enjoy dining in your own private accommodation. Fully equipped with refrigerator to store those cool drinks. The luxurious bedroom has a double bed, a further TV with satellite, and ample storage. The stunning bathroom is of individual design and truly unique. In addition to the usual hot & cold shower, and toilet we present a large circular wooden bathtub with overhead shower in which to enjoy a relaxing bath. This bungalow is perfect for a relaxing yet luxurious holiday, for the honeymoon couple, or just to enjoy for the weekend.
