Baan Mai Cottages & Restaurant location : The Island of “Koh Lone” is located at the south end of Phuket’s Island, in the Bay of Chalong. (See map.) The access is mostly done with traditional long-tail boats and the crossing takes about 15-20 minutes. Free and private crossings offered to the hotel’s clientele. (0700 hrs-2300 hrs) The access to Baan Mai is set with the rhythm of the tides; it is preferable to organise your arrival and departure of the island during the high tides, much more comfortable than the low tides when there is some walking to do to arrive to the boat. Made of Green Jade tile and ref brick, this sweet-water swimming-pool is the heart of the resort. Baan Mai Cottage & Restaurant offers : Our unique Boutique Resort represent 12,000 square meters of exotic gardens on which are nested our 10 Deluxe Bungalows and our superb Thai Villa; maximizing the sense of intimacy.  Our 5 Beach Front Bungalows are set behind a tree line, just meters away from the beach and well apart from each others as to offer maximum privacy. Air conditioned. Tropical bathroom, hot shower. Mini-bar. Private terrace. No television. No room phone.  Our 4 Garden Bungalows are sets into our tropical garden, meters away from the swimming-pool and are slightly larger than the beach front units. Air conditioned. No room phone.  The Jewel of the resort is the Thai Villa; a beautiful 3 bedrooms teakwood house built in the Southern-Thai architecture, featuring 180 square meters of living space with a grand terrace over-looking the Bay of Chalong. This mansion is a haven of comfort and congeniality where families and friends share unforgettable moments. 2 double bedrooms. 1 twin-beds room.  2 bathrooms, hot showers.
